3rd Quarter Earnings

(October 10, 2006 - AUSTIN, Texas) –TW Medical Veterinary Supply, a leading distributor of veterinary supplies, today reported continued strong sales performance in the third quarter.

Net sales for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, totaled $ 4,800,000, an increase of 19 percent from the same quarter last year. Year-to-date sales through quarter-end were
$ 13,820,000, compared to $ 11,130,000 for the same period in 2005, an increase of 24 percent.

President Mark Ziller credited several factors contributing to the quarterly sales performance. “Our continued commitment to serving the customer has allowed us to have strong year-over-year growth,” he said. “We have seen both an increase in the number of customers, as well deeper penetration among our loyal customer base.”
